About the Author
Mike Whitfield was a contributor to the Men’s Health Big Book of Getting Abs and has lost 115 pounds. He was named Trainer of the Year twice and Fitness Entrepreneur of the Year. He built an online business allowing his wife to quit her job as well as replace his full-time personal training income within 8 months. He also serves as an assistant Sunday School teacher.
