Several years ago I left a strict religious culture and I felt like a fish out of water. As an abuse survivor I also had a lot of trauma and abuse to process. I am much further on my journey in learning to thrive instead of just surviving than I ever expected to be. I am learning how to take care of myself and in this short ebook I share tips and ideas that I have found helpful in my journey because my desire is to be empowering to others on their journey in a way that I wish I had on my journey. Some of the subjects are about being creative, ways to relax, how to enjoy nature, and learning how to take care of yourself. For those of us trying to heal from abuse it takes a lot of effort and I would love to be a part of your journey in helping you learn to thrive wherever you are. Even if you are not an abuse survivor you may still find things that are helpful for you in your journey.This book is for anyone who wants to thrive and is not exactly satisfied with where they are at in life. We all have those times in our life and there is nothing wrong with trying to take steps forward and to grow in understanding and wisdom.
