About the Author
Ann Swanson is the author of the successful DK book Science of Yoga, which has been translated into over 15 languages; sold over 300,000 copies; and garnered over 4,100 reviews on US Amazon alone. Ann holds a Master of Science in yoga therapy, as well as many certifications in meditative movement practices, including evidence-based yoga and tai chi programs.
