work and encouraging everyone to take better care of their minds. It
builds apps and e-learning, delivers training to businesses and
charities, and supplies campaign materials and support to voluntary

health and wellbeing.
Its professional training programmes have

improve their wellbeing. Tens of thousands of people have now shared
their 5-a-day for their minds via the Mindapples website, and at
events and pop ups all around the world.
